I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.  Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole beingrejoices; my flesh also dwells secure.” (Psalm 16:8-9) “So we can confidently say, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?’” (Hebrews 13:6)

Sending notes of appreciation about specific ways a message has helped you or telling them directly helps improve morale.

Praying for our Pastoral Search
Throughout the ages, God has called leaders for His people.  Let us join together in prayer, seeking God’s will for our future, confident that He will guide us as we make decisions about who is called to shepherd us.
